This is a private reference site, not a Pershing County or Nevada government office. We cannot confirm whether someone is in custody, release a person, post bond, accept money, change a court date, or pull official booking records. Use the agencies below for custody, release, bond, court, and record questions.
Start With the Office That Holds the Record
Pershing County has several separate record custodians. The sheriff handles local jail custody and many booking or incident records. Courts handle charges and case files. NDOC handles sentenced Nevada prisoners, while BOP and ICE use federal systems.
- For a current local jail custody check, start with jail inmate records and the Pershing County Sheriff's Office.
- For booking-photo questions, use the sheriff records path described on jail roster mugshots.
- For formal charges after arrest, use court records after a jail arrest and the court contacts below.
- For a facility-specific question, use the detention facility pages listed in the footer.
- For a sentenced Nevada state prisoner at Lovelock Correctional Center or another prison, use the NDOC offender search.
- For federal or immigration custody, use the BOP inmate locator, U.S. Marshals channels, or ICE locator.

The official research did not locate a separate booking desk number, jail information line, public lobby hours, or browser-based jail roster. Use the main sheriff number for present-custody checks, release questions, transfer questions, and records-request instructions unless the sheriff publishes a more specific jail contact later.
Sheriff Records Form
For booking records, arrest reports, public portions of incident reports, logs, jail records, or booking-photo requests, use the Pershing County Sheriff's Office public records request form in the county document center. The form asks for requester contact details, a description of the records, format choice, delivery choice, billing information, and signature.
The sheriff public records fee-estimate form lists possible charges for research, inspection, crime or crash reports, certified local records checks, photo media, photo prints, video media, redaction, certified document release, and mailing. Nevada Public Records Act timing under NRS 239.0107 generally requires a response by the end of the fifth business day, but release can be delayed, redacted, denied with legal authority, or routed to another custodian.
